Absolutely stunning vintage estate find. This is a very unusual piece, it's a beautiful blue and clear glass crystal stones, that looks similar to a floral bouquet. This was hand put together made very well high quality like they did back years ago. This is an unsigned piece but I know it's a higher end costume designer . I'm unsure but will be doing more research. some other brands that I bought with this piece at the estate sale was Hobe, juliana, delizer and elster, regency, Weiss, Miriam Haskell Hattie Carnegie and others. This is very similar in quality to those and could be one of those unmarked.
